Gregory B. Dyer, CPA
Mr. Dyer has over 24 years public accounting experience. He is President and sole stockholder of Dyer & Associates, P. C. which he founded in 1987. In addition to managing the firm, Mr. Dyer is actively involved in providing clients with tax, accounting, valuation and advisory services required to enable them to maximize profitability and wealth accumulation. He has previously been a partner with a local firm in the District of Columbia, following eight years as a manager of the audit and consulting departments with a mid-sized regional practice. Mr. Dyer has served in bankruptcies, turnaround, corporate restructuring and workouts. He has experience providing services for taxpayers in contested tax matters as well as compliance and return issues. In addition, he has worked with both buyers and sellers of privately held companies during merger and acquisition proceedings.

Christopher J. Rascher, CPA
Mr. Rascher provides accounting and tax services to businesses and individuals in a variety of industries. Chris has an extensive backround in the medical, securities and retail industries. Chris earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Villanova University in 1995, then an accounting degree from the University of Maryland University College in 2000. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.

Angela K. Odutoye
Executive Assistant to the President.
Ms. Odutoye is a highly skilled, organized, and efficient administrative professional who manages administrative and project support for the President of the firm. Her focus at Dyer & Associates, P. C. is to be a partner for success in the day-to-day affairs of the firm and to be a friendly, reliable resource for staff and clients. Ms. Odutoye has several years experience in executive support and office management. She attended The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. and majored in Civil Engineering.

Charles E. Hamilton III
Information Technology Manager
Mr. Hamilton has eight years experience installing, maintaining, upgrading, troubleshooting computer information systems, network appliances, hardware and software, in a network and stand alone environment. He interacts with clients and staff on a daily basis to ensure proper use of equipment and overall efficiency of daily workflow. Mr. Hamilton's experience in the Information Technology field is very broad, having worked in many unique I.T. environments in many different and completely unrelated industries. He has six years Military experience, including a one year tour in Iraq in 2003. While in the military he worked as an Information Systems Operator/Analyst (74B). Through the course of his military service he worked in the following positions: Combat Service & Support Automation Management Office (CSSAMO) Technician, CSSAMO Software/Hardware Analyst, Network Technician, Webmaster, Senior Webmaster, Senior CSSAMO Technician. After Mr. Hamilton's tour of duty in the Army, he has also worked in the following positions: Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager, Tech Support Department Manager, Network Administrator, Systems Administrator, Field Technician, Web Developer, and Desktop Support Analyst.

Leo Charre
Perl Developer
Mr. Charre has 14 years worth of experience with web design and development. Mr. Charre has worked in various jobs in Information Technology. He's mainly worked for the web hosting & web development sector, although he started in the video game industry. In his work, Mr. Charre pursues to build open, simple, elegant and standards compliant code.

Christina Andrews
Accounts Payable Specialist
Ms. Andrews is solely responsible for managing accounts payable for several clients. She ensures that there is good repor between clients and vendors through daily communication, using procedures set up for financial management services.
Ms. Andrews has a wide range of experience in office management, customer service, and therapeutic recreation. She is currently working toward earning an accounting degree at Montgomery College in Rockville, MD.

Suzanne James
Receptionist
Ms. James is responsible for managing the office to ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. She supports each accountant in all phases of tax preparation in addition to assisting with various financial management services for our small business and individual clients. Ms. James is a seasoned administrative assistant and has worked for a variety of professionals in the DC Metro area.

Tineka Davies
Accounts Receivable/Payroll Specialist
Ms. Davies is responsible for accounts receivable and payroll for several clients. She has over 4 years experience of progressive administrative and accounting experience providing support to staffs ranging between 10 to over 900. Ms. Davies possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as being a good provider of customer service. Her background ranges from industries such as Accounting, Real Estate and Health & Wellness.

Christie Gibbons
Escrow Accounting Specialist
Mrs. Gibbons specializes in Escrow Accounting. She manages the day to day activity of the Real Estate client’s escrow accounts. Christie communicates and coordinates the escrow clients needs to the financial institutions and maintains that important relationship. Christie earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Wheeling Jesuit College in Business Management. Prior to joining the Dyer and Associates team Christie spent over 12 years in the insurance industry performing various accounting/finance functions.

Vanessa Smith
Escrow Accounting Specialist
Ms. Smith works with and supports Christie Gibbons in managing several client escrow accounts. She interacts with client management and staff daily and specializes in researching specific items and projects. She began working at Dyer & Associates after graduating from Western Maryland College in 2001, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art and Art History.
